How Can You Better Understand What We Do?

  • Can you guarantee that my company will get media coverage?
No, no one can guarantee earned media. But, we can improve your odds of media coverage by crafting the release from the most newsworthy angle to garner the most media attention and identifying the most likely outlets to show interest. Sometimes it takes time and multiple pitches to gain media traction. To counterbalance that, we recommend also using the narrative in channels where we have some control, such as blog posts and social media.
  • What is the difference between positioning and messaging?
Positioning is a company's identity in the marketplace and messaging is how it communicates that identity to its audiences.
  • How do you develop a thought leadership platform for our CEO that will resonate with our clients and prospects?
We will conduct a combination of a competitive analysis, analysts' coverage, trade media, and business media coverage, and interviews with your top customers to determine the best platform.
  • What is the difference between PR and advertising?
Public relations involves earned media coverage and advertising is paid coverage.
  • Do you charge by the hour?
Generally, no. We prefer to charge by the project based on a clearly defined scope of the work. This helps ensure there are no surprise charges to the client when the invoice arrives.
